Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To process your return, prior notification is required — please fill in the return form available below and send the product back to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Select the products to return Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to submit your return.
Provide shipment details Check the data pulled from your order and fill in any missing information, including the shipping method, packaging type, and dispatch date.
Pack and send the parcel Pack the return in the original or alternative packaging. Hand the parcel to a courier, drop it off at a parcel locker, or take it to a drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.
Products made to order and personalised (custom) products are not eligible for return.

Please remember to include a receipt and a withdrawal statement in the parcel. You can download the statement here: Withdrawal Form. If you use a different form, make sure to provide your bank account number and fill in your name and surname clearly. This will speed up your refund. The withdrawal statement can also be sent by e-mail to: printdraft77@gmail.com. Compliance with the 14-day return period is determined by the date the e-mail with the statement was sent or the date the return parcel was dispatched. The returned item must be complete (with tags) and must show no signs of use. If a returned product does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.
Refunds for returned goods are processed no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel. The refund method depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant bank transfer, the refund will be issued in the same way. In the case of a partial order return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs to the Store are borne by the Customer. If an order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order minus the cost of the return shipment.

- If the complaint is approved, we will aim to resolve the issue in the most favourable way for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, issuing a refund, or offering another form of compensation.
